At Duperey, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our online store.
Duperey operates in Melbourne, Australia, and complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as administered by Consumer Affairs Victoria.
1. Order Processing & Dispatching
- Orders are processed & dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays
- During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing times may be extended, if so, you will be informed upon placing your order, or if possible, prior.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and a further delivery confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver:
- Australia-wide
International shipping availability will be updated on our website if offered in the future.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
Duperey exclusively uses Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping (Australia): 1–4 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays or regional locations.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:
- Shipping method selected
- Delivery location
- Order weight and packaging
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout or on our website.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Incorrect Address Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Duperey is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Orders returned to sender due to address errors
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
a) Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us at info@duperey.com and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
Delivery delays caused by Australia Post are outside our control and do not automatically qualify for a refund.
b) Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the packaging and item
We will assess the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
