We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email is sent.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel an order
  • Limit quantities purchased per customer
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.

Duperey uses trackable Australia Post and is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal or courier services
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

6. Jewellery Care & Wear

Jewellery is delicate and requires proper care.

Duperey is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper care or storage
  • Exposure to water, chemicals, perfume, or lotions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
